Master Bond EP45HTAN is a two component, thermally conductive, electrically insulative epoxy for bonding and sealing. The mix ratio is a forgiving 100 to 30 by weight. Parts A and B are thixotropic pastes. lt is 100% reactive and does not contain any solvents or diluents. EP45HTAN does not cure at aient temperatures and requires an elevated temperature cure.
